The function of turbine impeller is to converse the kinetic energy and potential energy of high-speed exhaust gas into mechanical work. Turboshaft mainly endures the static load and vibration load while working .

The use of the connecting structure of welding for turbine impeller and turbine shaft aims to improve the intensity and rigidity of them, keep the balancing accuracy of turbine rotor parts and improve working reliability. Turbine impeller and turbine shaft soldered together is called shaft rotor.
