Tonglint products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and processing technic for a period of 6 month from the installation by the end user, or 12 months from the date of the arrival at the port of destination.
During this period Tonglint will repair or replace, at its option, any product that proves to be defective. Failure due to improper installation, abuse, poor maintenance, misuse or accidental damage shall be denied. Tonglint shall be the sole adjudicator for all warranty determination.
The following conditions (Turbo failure due to improper installation, abuse, poor maintenance, misuse or accidental damage) will be denied.
Ⅰ. Dirty oil damages the turbocharger by causing heavy scorch of critical bearing surfaces.
Ⅱ. The turbocharger bearing system shows signs of heat discoloration as well as polished and burnished surfaces, due to the insufficient oil supply.
Ⅲ. Impact damage caused by foreign objects entering the turbine housing or compressor housing, visible on the turbine and compressor wheels.
Ⅳ. User dismantles and assembles turbo on his own.
Ⅴ. The housing / wastegate damaged by user.
